Fallout 76: How to get the Hellcat Power Armour

A fierce new Power Armour set is now available in Fallout 76.
Fallout 76: How to get the Hellcat Power Armour

One of the defining achievements in any Fallout title is earning a shiny new set of Power Armour. The staple of a Fallout game is wandering the wasteland in your Power Armour, holding a machine gun and mowing down any irradiated enemy that comes your way. While Fallout 76 boasts a large variety of sets, the new Steel Reign update introduced one of the best yet.

The new set is named “Hellcat” and is only available through the Steel Reign update. Players have seen the set in the various trailers for the update and through social media and, naturally, want to get their hands on it. Below, you can find out just how to do that.

To keep it short, the only way to acquire the Hellcat Power Armour is by completing the Steel Reign and Steel Dawn questline. Once players finish the final mission of the Steel Reign story, The Catalyst, they will then be given a blueprint to craft the set of Power Armour. This is then used to build it at any power armour crafting station, provided you have the right amount of materials.

However, it’s alright if you don’t have that many materials on hand, as completion of the questline will reward you with a full set of Hellcat Power Armour upfront. The blueprint is just a backup in case you lose the armour and need to build another set in the future. Once you have the complete set, you can begin upgrading it with mods to make it even more powerful than it already is. The mods can be purchased at Vault 79.
