UPDATE - Ubisoft has announced For Honor‘s Halloween event, “Web of the Jorogumo,” and additional features coming to the game.
Take a look at everything coming to the game when 'For Honor: Web of Jorogumo' starts October 20.
Original Story Follows - The fighting game For Honor throws a Halloween event almost every year, switching up the game modes and adding new features.
Last year's For Honor Halloween event was a crossover with the iconic horror game Dead by Daylight, bringing some characters from the Fog over into For Honor's world.
With last year's celebrations in mind, let's take a look at this year's For Honor Halloween event.
For Honor Halloween Event 2022

As we mentioned, last year's For Honor Halloween event featured a crossover with the game Dead by Daylight.
During the event, called "Survivors of the Fog," players could take on the role of a survivor - just like in Dead by Daylight - running and hiding from an AI Trapper.
If you're curious, you can check out the trailer for last year's event here:
The video shows a bit of gameplay as well as expands upon the lore of the crossover a bit.

It's very possible that this year's For Honor Halloween event could also be a crossover with Dead by Daylight, or somehow involve the latter game.
After all, there have been a lot of leaks recently suggesting that the two games will be working together again.
For Honor x Dead by Daylight

Recent leaks suggest that the next Dead by Daylight chapter, chapter 26, will be a crossover with the game For Honor, featuring a knight character from the fighting game.
It's possible that an official announcement from Ubisoft or Behaviour could come near Halloween, or be a major part of For Honor's Halloween celebration.
The new Dead by Daylight chapter will also allegedly feature a For Honor-themed map. If you haven't heard about it, be sure to check out our article on the topic for more details.
In other crossover news, if you haven't already heard about the PUBG x Dead by Daylight crossover coming later this month, you'll want to take a look at that as well.
When Does The For Honor Halloween Event Begin?

Though Ubisoft nor Behaviour have made an official announcement about the dates of this year's Halloween celebrations, it may be helpful to infer the dates from previous years' events.
You can see when For Honor's Halloween events started and ended in previous years, just below:
- Survivors of the Fog - 21st October until 11th November 2022
- Monsters of the Otherworld - 22nd October until 12th November 2022
- Fangs of the Otherworld - 17th October until 1st November 2019
- Return of the Otherworld - 25th October until 8th November 2018
- Feast of the Otherworld - 19th October until 2nd November 2017
It's likely that the event will begin during the third week of October - so around 17th October - and will last until about 8th November.
And that's all you need to know about the For Honor Halloween event for this year, 2022. Stay tuned for more updates and information as the 31st nears.
