First Inside Xbox stream of 2020 announced - When and where to watch

Microsoft has announced the first Inside Xbox stream of 2020, and it is scheduled to take place on 7th April 2020 at 14:00 PST (22:00 GMT+1). Those hoping for new Xbox Series X news are out of luck, however, as Microsoft won't be sharing any new details.

Instead, the first stream of Inside Xbox for 2020 will focus on Xbox Game Pass news, Sea of Thieves, Gears Tactics, Grounded, and "a few surprises".

Microsoft ripped off the bandaid for those hoping to get new details on the Xbox Series X console, or even a ballpark price. In the Inside Xbox announcement post, Microsoft explained that:

"While we won’t have any new details to share for Xbox Series X, we are excited to sit down with Director of Program Management for Xbox Series X Jason Ronald, to discuss the recently revealed technical specifications and what they mean for gamers."

After the broadcast completes, you shouldn't tune out just yet, especially if survival games are your thing. At roughly 14:40 PST (22:40 GMT+1), Inside Xbox will host a live, first-look at the single-player experience of Grounded.

For those who don't know, Grounded is Obsidian Entertainments new survival game. In Grounded, players are shrunk to the size of an ant. They are tasked with surviving the perils of the backyard, and to live alongside hordes of giant insects.

You can tune in to watch the first Inside Xbox of 2020 on the platform of your choice below:

You will be able to check out the highlights, and the full show on-demand after it airs. Captions, audio descriptions, and localized subtitles will be available later this week. This is because of the unique circumstances of broadcasting from home, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
