You can find battle bus blueprints scattered in Condo Canyon, Coney Crossroads, and The Daily Bugle areas of the map. There are 3 battle bus blueprints located in each of these areas, but for this particular resistance quest, you only need to find one.

The easiest and the most convenient location to grab the battle bus blueprint in Fortnite is Coney Crossroads because, unlike Condo Canyon and The Daily Bugle, this place is far less crowded with IO members and other players.
In Coney Crossroads, you will find the battle bus blueprint inside an ice cream. You can find the exact location of it on the map in the screenshot above. Another battle bus blueprint is in the doorway of the building opposite the ice cream shop.

The final blueprint in Coney Crossroads is in between two camp beds outside the ice cream shop. Collecting any of the battle bus blueprints will complete this resistance quest and reward you with 23,000 XP in the process.
Do note that these challenges are fresh and new, so there are likely many players attempting to complete them. Keep your head on a swivel when you arrive at the locations as you're likely to experience company.
