LEC Summer 2022 Finals - Dates, Venue, Tickets, XPO

The League of Legends European Championship (LEC) Summer 2022 is back; this time, it's kicking off in Malmo, Sweden. The last time Riot Games hosted Summer Season was in Athens, Greece, in 2019; understandably, much has changed since then.

In addition to the LEC Summer 2022 Final, which is among the many attractions on the League of Legends 2022 esports calendar, fans can also look forward to the return of LEC XPO. But first, you must get tickets to attend the LEC Summer Season 2022 Finals.

So if you are hyped about the event, here are the complete details, including the LEC Summer 2022 dates and venue, how to purchase tickets, XPO details, and more. All ticket holders will be granted access to the LEC XPO this year.

LEC Summer Season 2022 Finals - Dates and Venue

The LEC Summer 2022 will be hosted for two days on 10th and 11th September 2022, during which time Europe's three best League of Legends teams will be fighting to become the next Summer Season Champions.

LEC Summer 2022 Finals will be held at the Malmö Arena in Hyllie Stationstorg 2. You can find additional details about the Arena from their official website here. The tournament features a massive prize pool of over $200,000, comprising a Double Round-Robin Group Stage and Double Elimination Playoffs.

The top four teams of the LEC Summer 2022 will qualify for the League of Legends World Championship 2022.

LEC Summer Season 2022 Finals - Tickets and XPO

If you are excited about the event and want to watch the live action, you can purchase tickets for LEC Summer 2022 via the links below. The tickets for Saturday, 10th September cost between SEK 175 and 375 (~$17 - $37); tickets for Sunday, 11th September range from SEK 275 to 475 (~$27 - $47)

The tickets are available for purchase online. Additionally, on-site tickets will be available if the event is not yet sold out. Also, an online ticket guarantees earlier entry from 10:00 - 12:00. After 12:00, midday fans with on-site tickets can enter the Arena.

Note: Once you have entered the Arena, you can stay inside as long as you want, but re-entry with the same ticket will not be allowed.

What is XPO?

XPO is a festival where all the like-minded League of Legends enthusiasts will unite and celebrate the event. The XPO will be open for all the ticket holders on both days from 10:00-16:00 CEST.

Also, if you are creative, Riot Games encourages you to cosplay and dress up as your favorite League of Legends personality. Riot Games will release guidelines for the cosplay event as they want to ensure the event is safe for everyone.
