There's a wide range of materials to find and craft in LEGO Fortnite, and each one has a large number of uses. Some can be used for more practical tools, like pickaxes and swords, whereas others like Wool Fabric have a more decorative purpose.

But unless you're lucky, you won't just find Wool Fabric scattered around the world. If you're looking to add a more cozy vibe to your buildings and structures, you're going to need to know how to craft Wool Fabric.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the first material you need to make Wool Fabric in LEGO Fortnite is Wool. You'll need to turn that Wool into Wool Threads before you can then make it into Wool Fabric. So, let's start with getting Wool:

  1. Wool can be gathered from Sheep, which are roaming around freely across the world in LEGO Fortnite. To get Wool from a Sheep, you'll need to pet them by getting close and quickly pressing the dedicated 'Pet' key/button. You'll also naturally find Wool as you're exploring, so don't worry if you're struggling to find enough Sheep.

  2. With your Wool gathered, you'll then need to take it to a Spinning Wheel to turn into Wool Thread. A Spinning Wheel can be built early on in your adventure and requires 8 Planks, 5 Wooden Rods, 5 Woods, and 5 Wolf Claws. You'll only need one Wool to make one Wool Thread, and you'll need 5 Wool Threads to craft one Wool Fabric — so make sure you've got enough resources.

  3. With 5 Wool Threads in hand, it's time to take it to a Loom. Building a Loom takes some time and some rarer resources, notably Flexwood from the desert biomes which can be harvested from Cactus. You'll also need Sand Claws, found from the more dangerous wolves that roam the desert biomes.

  4.  With a Loom built, you'll simply need to deposit your Wool Thread into the recipe for Wool Fabric. Initiate the crafting and before you know it you'll have some fresh Wool Fabric.

So, you've got Wool Fabric. What can it be used for? Largely, you'll be using Wool Fabric to craft all sorts of decorations to place within your settlements. This ranges from things like rugs, to soft furnishings like sofas. Wool Fabric will also be required in order to build the Glider — a fun way to traverse the world with ease.
