Minecraft 1.20 update has dropped, and it has brought a new mob Sniffer to the game that you can get by hatching its egg. After the egg snatches, you will actually get Snifflet, and it will take some time to grow into Sniffer, and in order to speed up the process, you can feed it. In addition to this, you will have to feed Sniffers if you want to breed them as well.

In that case, you must be wondering what exactly they eat, and here is the answer to your question.

Sniffers in Minecraft only eat Torchflower Seeds, and you will not find them anywhere in the game's world. Instead, you will first have to find the mob's egg, hatch it and let it grow so that it can sniff out Torchflower Seeds that you can collect to later feed them for breeding, healing, and more.

After they breed once, you will have to wait for another five minutes if you want to breed them again to get Sniffer's egg that you can hatch again to get more Snifflets. However, one thing that you need to keep in mind is that there is no way to tame Sniffer in the game, so if you want them to be with you all the time, the only way is to build a wall around them or place fences.
