Honkai Star Rail
Honkai Star Rail has yet to be released and just announced its second beta testing. It is the fourth installment of the Honkai series, and you’ll see a few similar characters in the game. Azure Lane
Azur Lane was released on 25th May 2017 by Yostar Limited. Have your pick of Naval anime Waifus with this single-player shooter game. In Azur Lane, humans live peacefully on a blue planet covered by 71% water. As humanity and its ambitions grew, peaceful times eventually disintegrated into war and devastation.
Finally, alien creatures emerged from the sea called Sirens, and humanity lost 90% of its control over the sea. As time passed, major camps united and created Azur Lane, a worldwide military organization intended to gather new technologies and resources to construct and compete with the Sirens and regain control over the sea.
Fire Emblem Heroes
Nintendo released Fire Emblem Heroes on 2nd February 2017, and it is still a hot game to play with multiple series and releases over various platforms. Fire Emblem Heroes is a strategy-based RPG with tactical elements. This game features an ongoing, original story with new characters across the Fire Emblem universe and over 1,600 story stages with various degrees of difficulty. Along the way, you’ll find and meet new allies.
Arknights
Arknights was released on 1st May 2019 by Yostar Limited. You will play as a member of Rhodes Island and take on a key role in a pharmaceutical company that fights a deadly infection and the unrest it leaves in its wake. You will recruit Operators, train them, and assign them to various operations along with your leader Amiya. In these operations, they will resist those who seek to thrust the world into turmoil and protect the innocent from them.
Counterside
Counterside was initially released in 2021, with a global release on 27th May 2022 by Studiobside. The game follows the failure of the Administration, which resulted in Corrupted Objects threatening humankind's existence.
You will assume the role of CEO of the FENRIR Squad, reconstructing the Administration by recruiting Counters, a group of "chosen ones" still capable of fighting Corrupt Objects. This urban fantasy JRPG has a slew of waifus ready for anime fans to take their pick.
Alchemy Stars
Alchemy Stars was released globally on 17th June 2021 for Android and iOS by publisher Level Infinite. With amazing visuals and stunning character design, Alchemy Stars tells the story of constructs known as “Colossi,” who are formed of both ancient and advanced technology.
A unique race who are known as Caelestites were able to engage in psychic communication with the Colossi. Eclipsites, enemies to all creatures on the continent, invaded Astral, leaving everything in ashes. You will play as a child spared from that tragedy, returning seventeen years later with the last Colossus, and draw talents from your ancient lineage to lead them in the fight against the Eclipsites.
Blue Archive
Blue Archive was released on 4th February 2021 by Nexon; it's a military-style RPG with an academic setting. You will play as an advisor appointed by the Federal Investigation Club, Schale, located in Kivotos, an academy city where numerous academies are clustered together. The students will refer to you as Sensei, and the main story follows your journey in assisting the students with their problems. A sub-story will focus on the daily lives of each school's clubs.
Princess Connect! Re: Dive
Princess Connect! Re: Dive was released on 15th February 2018 for Android and iOS by Crunchyroll; this blockbuster game also received two anime seasons, with a third making its debut in 2023.
Princess Connect is a story about a young man named Yuuki who awakens in Astraea with no recollection of who he is. He then meets a guide who has sworn to care for him, and on their journey, they meet two others and form a party called Gourmet Guild. Princess Connect has a wide array of characters called Heroines that you can collect and level up.
