An exclusive Timed Research story, Old Friends, New Beginnings, will be made available for you to claim in, which completing its tasks can reward you greatly. This guide details everything about this regional social media campaign for Pokémon GO.

Pokémon GO Exclusive Regional Summer Campaign Explained

Trainers in France, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom can participate in a new social media campaign to enjoy this summer. This campaign started on 30th May 2023 at 9 am local time on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter and will continue until 28th June 2023 at 8 pm local time.

This campaign coincides with the latest Pokémon GO season, Hidden Gems, which begins on 1st June 2023 at 10 am local time. During this campaign, you’ll have access to various features and activities, including Shadow Raids and the all-new Master Ball with some exclusive additions.

You can acquire the exclusive “Bonus Event” bundle for free via the in-game Shop, according to Niantic. This bundle includes items that can be valuable for various activities during the Season of Hidden Gems.

We’ve listed all items available in the “Bonus Event” bundle from the Pokémon GO Shop:

• Hyper Potions x15
• Lure Module x1
• Poké Balls x30
• Revives x15

A paid exclusive bundle will also be available to buy for 275 PokéCoins which includes a Poffin, two Lucky Eggs, ten Ultra Balls, and 15 Great Balls. A billboard balloon will appear in-game for Trainers, bearing special messages for Trainers and awarding them various Gifts; however, what these Gifts contain is unknown.
