Pokémon GO Season of Light has arrived and boasts an exciting content menu, including new events to shake things up. In particular, this season sees new Pokémon GO 5-star Raids and Mega Raids, where you'll have a chance to catch and master some of the most powerful and rarest Legendary Pokémon.
Featured in the September 2022 Raids include Deoxys, Mega Ampharos, and Mega Lopunny, to name a few. This guide details the full Pokémon GO Legendary And Mega Raid Boss schedule for September 2022 during the Season of Light update, so you don't miss out on the action.
Pokémon GO Raid Hours September 2022 Schedule
During September, several new and returning Legendary Pokémon will appear in Pokémon GO's Season of Light. The month will start with all four forms of Deoxys (Normal, Attack, Defense, and Speed Formes), available during 5-star Raids until 13th September.

Afterward, a mystery Legendary Pokémon will debut from 13th to 27th September, followed by Pokémon Y mascot Yveltal from 27th September to 8th October. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to catch Mega Ampharos and Mega Lopunny during the Pokémon GO Mega Raids.
There are also two other Mega Pokémon that Niantic has not yet revealed. Furthermore, both Ampharos and Lopunny will have a Shiny variant available for you to catch. Here's the full Pokémon GO Legendary and Mega Raid Boss Schedule.
- 1st September to 13th September 2022 - Deoxys
- 13th September to 27th September 2022 - Kartana (Northern Hemisphere) or Celesteela (Southern Hemisphere)
- 27th September to 8th October 2022 - Yveltal
- 1st September to 6th September - Mega Ampharos
- 6th September to 16th September - Mega Alakazam
- 16th September to 27th September - Mega Aggron
- 27th September - 8th October - Mega Lopunny
It should also be noted that all Legendary and Mega Raids for Pokémon GO Season of Light will start and end at 10 a.m. local time for the period they are available. In addition, there's a Raid Hour every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. featuring the 5-star Legendary Pokémon mentioned above.
