Getting resources is one of the most important things you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis in Sons of the Forest. Wood is arguably one of the most vital when it comes to resource collecting as it's what you'll be using to build your base of operations and keep you safe from the horrific creatures that roam the island.

However, getting wood can be an arduous and somewhat tedious task for many players, and you may be looking for a way to do it faster. Well, we have you covered, as this guide will show you how to take advantage of a glitch in the game to get unlimited wood in Sons of the Forest.

How to Get Unlimited Wood in Sons of the Forest (Glitch Exploit)

The glitch that allows you to get nearly infinite wood in Sons of the Forest is fairly simple to pull off and only requires that you build a small structure out of logs. There are a few caveats that we'll cover later to give you more wood each time you do it that requires a few extra steps. So here's how the glitch works in a quick step-by-step breakdown:

• Place two wood logs on the ground in an L-shape.
• Place a third log that extends up from where the two on the ground meet (as shown in the image above)
• Aim your crosshair towards the center of where the three logs meet.
• Place a log here, which will cause the glitch to place and duplicate the log infinitely. 

That's all there is to the glitch and it's quite simple to execute as you can see from the steps above. One thing we should note is that the glitch only works in multiplayer mode, and can only be done by the players that join the host's game and not the host themselves. 

Another tip we should mention when doing this glitch is that as you place down and duplicate wood logs, they will spawn in front of you and start pushing you away, which can be troublesome when you want to spam wood logs into existence. To combat this, you can build a small structure (shown below) facing the one you've built to stop you from moving away and spam logs to your heart's content. 

Last but not least, as your wood collects inside your "glitch machine" we recommend that you clear them out as you make them since they will start bugging and flinging in all directions as they spawn. But ultimately, the choice is yours on how you want to manage your now infinite supply of wood and what you do with it, such as crafting and constructing your home base.
