Apex Legends Wintertide Start Time Countdown: Leaks, Winter Express LTM, More

Apex Legends Season 15 Eclipse has arrived, bringing with it a brand new legend: Catalyst, a new map: Broken Moon, and a new battle pass. With the holiday season around the corner, many players have also started looking beyond toward the game's annual winter event: Wintertide.

As of this writing, Respawn Entertainment has yet to officially reveal this year's Apex Legends Wintertide event. However, several dataminers have collected and shared details regarding it beforehand. We have compiled all the details here for you to go through. Here's everything you need to know about Apex Legends S15 Wintertide event, including its start time, Mythic skin, LTM, and more.

Update December 6 - Apex Legends Wintertide Collection Event goes live today. The event will likely go live at 10:00 PT, 13:00 ET, and 18:00 GMT on December 6th.

Though EA has yet to confirm an official start time, this is the usual times we've come to expect new Apex Legends events going live.

Apex Legends Wintertide Event 2022 Start Time

Apex Legends Wintertide event 2022 will begin on Tuesday, 6th December at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT. Like every year, you could expect it to last two weeks, meaning it will end on 20th December. 

Apex Legends Wintertide Event 2022 Mythic skin

According to the dataminers, this year's Wintertide Mythic skin is none other than that of Wraith's. Twitter user Someonewholeaks posted the preview pics of the three Wraith's Mythic skin, which honestly looks impressive.

Like in previous years, you will have to collect all 24 cosmetic items in the Wintertide event to unlock the Mythic skin. Thanks to Youtuber KralRindo, we also have our first look at all the 24 Wintertide rewards. This includes winter-themed skins for Mirage, Valkyrie, Crypto, and more. 

Apex Legends Wintertide event 2022 LTM 

It seems the Wintertide LTM, Winter Express, could be returning in Apex Legends Season 15. This information comes from the game's senior designer Evan Nikolich, who, when asked about the same during Season 15's press showcase, said, "yes, there's a chance."

Apex Legends Wintertide event challenges and badges

Like every year, completing specific event challenges will reward you with event-exclusive badges. So far, we know about three: 

• Wintertide Avalanche: Deal 15,000 damage to enemy players in any mode.
• Wintertide Wipe Out: Get 50 kills or assists in any mode.
• Wintertide Restoration: Restore 2,500 health in any mode.
