Clash Royale Season 12 introduces a new card, Pass Royale and balance changes

The Clash Royale Season 12, also known as Prince's Dream, hits mobile devices very soon. With Clash Royale Season 12 comes a new Pass Royale, a new card, new emotes, and those all-important balance changes.

Here's everything you need to know about Clash Royale Season 12, starting with the new Pass Royale and rewards.

New Pass Royale

Each month, a new Pass Royale gets released. Players can level up either a paid or free version of the Pass Royale, with the paid version offering more rewards to enjoy.

The new Pass Royale features some great new emotes to spam at your opponents, as well as a new tower skin.

Clash Royale Season 12 also offers a new Arena for all players, filled with rainbows, sparkles, clouds and ponies. Apparently, this is the way the Prince sees the arena after getting knocked on the head.

New card - Skeleton Dragons

As is tradition, with every season comes a new card for players to collect and level up. The Clash Royale Season 12 card is Skeleton Dragons, perfect to take care of large groups of enemies.

The new Clash Royale card is scheduled to release on 5th June 2020. It will cost four Elixir, and it is unlockable in Arena 10 Hog Mountain. The card is of "Common" quality, meaning it should be quite easy to level up once you find it.

Clash Royale Season 12 balance changes

With Clash Royale Season 12 comes balance changes to four cards, including the Prince. The prince sees a buff in HP, which could very well bring him back into the meta.

The balance changes aren't nearly as dramatic as the Tornado rework. However, there are three nerfs to some favourite cards you need to know about.

These balance changes will go live on 2 June 2020.
