Here's our in-depth guide on how to claim and use pre-order items in Elder Scrolls Online High Isle.
Elder Scrolls Online High Isle Pre-Order Bonus - How To Claim And Use

The Elder Scrolls Online latest chapter, High Isle, is now available on PC, Mac, and Stadia, with a planned release for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on 21st June 2022. Whether you bought the new expansion on PC (and are playing it right now) or pre-ordered it on consoles and are now patiently awaiting launch, you will get a bunch of pre-order bonus items.

Unfortunately, the process of claiming and using these extra items in Elder Scrolls Online High Isle is a bit confusing, not to mention tedious. If you're one of those who are currently struggling or may do so when the expansion arrives on consoles later this month, don't fret. Below you will find our step-by-step guide, which explains how to claim and use the pre-order bonus in Elder Scrolls Online High Isle.

The following are the High Isle expansion pre-order bonuses across all platforms.

  • Abecean Privateer's Apparel costume
  • Knights of the Flame Pup pet
  • 1× Dark Chivalry Crate
  • 3× High Isle Treasure Maps
  • 2× Experience Scrolls, granting double XP

To claim them, open the inventory and hover over to the mail section. Here, you will find your pre-order bonus items waiting to be claimed in the "System Mail" tab. Once you have acquired them, the more tedious job of equipping them begins.

If you're new to ESO, you may get confused after claiming these pre-order bonuses since they don't immediately show up in your inventory. Instead, you will have to individually collect and equip them from the Collections tab in the Inventory.

The two equipable pre-order items in High Isle expansion are the Abecean Privateer's Apparel costume and Knights of the Flame Pup, which you will find under the Appearance and Non-Combat Pets section respectively.

That concludes our guide on how to claim and use the pre-order bonus in the Elder Scrolls Online High Isle expansion.
