Fortnite leaks reveal Harley Quinn skin and Birds Of Prey event release date

• Dataminers have discovered a Harley Quinn skin heading to Fortnite
• The skin is set to come with five new challenges and also features two pickaxes
• It looks set to be the latest crossover event following Star Wars and Marvel's Avengers

Epic Games has confirmed Harley Quinn will arrive into Fortnite on 6th February 7pm ET (midnight GMT).

The Harley Quinn bundle will include the Harley Quinn outfit, Harley Hitter and Punchline Pickaxes. If you complete the previously leaked challenges, she'll transform from Lil Monster XoXo Harley to Always Fantabulous Harley. 

The bundle is available to buy until 17 February.

Following past events with Star Wars and Marvel’s Avengers, it looks like Fortnite’s next movie crossover will be DC’s Birds Of Prey.  

Last month, developer Epic Games teased a Birds Of Prey crossover by responding to a tweet showing the film’s cast, writing: “See you soon Harley!” 

Following the recent v11.50 update, dataminer Lucas7yoshi has discovered two Harley Quinn skins, featuring the character’s appearance from Suicide Squad and Birds Of Prey.  

Fellow dataminer HYPEX also released footage of the skin in action, if you fancied a closer look at her emotes. There’s also two different pickaxes as part of the set.  

A total of five challenges which come with the skin were also leaked, which you can check out below. Complete three of the challenges to unlock the second Harley Quinn style.  

• Place top 30 in Solos, Duos, or Squads 

• Place top 20 in Solos, Duos, or Squads 

• Place top 10 in Solos, Duos, or Squads 

• Hit weak points 

• Deal damage with Pickaxes to opponents

But when will the skins be available? According to renowned leaker ShiinaBR, the Harley Quinn skins will be released 6 February at 7pm ET (12am midnight GMT). While not officially confirmed, their source was correct on details around the Harley Quinn skin.  

Considering Birds Of Prey releases Friday 7th February in cinemas too, it makes sense if the skin is released just before to build anticipation. 

An announcement from Epic Games is expected later today about the new skins, so we’ll update this page when more information becomes available.  

Plans for a special Valentine’s Day event have also been uncovered following the recent update, which looks set to arrive ahead of Chapter 2 Season 2’s release on Thursday 20th February.
