Pokémon GO – How To Get Pansage

Pokémon GO will be launching its next limited-time event, Bug Out!, where plenty of Grass and Bug-type Pokémon will be seen in the wild and Raids. One of these Pokémon that will be featured during the event is the Grass-type Pokémon, Pansage.

This Unova-regional Pokémon is a master of locating berries and, if lucky enough, will share them with close friends. If you’re looking to catch this Pokémon during the Bug Out! event, we've detailed in this guide how to do so in Pokémon GO.

How To Get Pansage in Pokémon GO?

Pansage, the Grass-type monkey Pokémon, is making its way to Pokémon GO this month as part of the limited-time event, Bug Out! The limited-time event starts on 10th August 2022 at 10 am local time for a week until it ends on 16th August 2022 at 8 pm local time.

Trainers can start working on their throws during the event with plenty of Pokémon available to catch and make good progress toward the Bug Catcher medal. There are two Pokémon appearing as an Ultra Unlock bonus, namely Unown T and Pansage.

Pansage will appear both in the wild and through Raids globally throughout the Bug Out! event. According to the developer blog post, you could encounter the Grass-type Pokémon’s Shiny form; however, you have limited time to spot it in-game.

The Grass-type Pokémon will first appear during One-Star Raids, alongside Paras, Pineco, and Joltik during the event in-game. Outside of the Raids, Pansage and its Shiny form will appear more frequently in Wild Encounters alongside other Grass and Bug-type Pokémon during the event.

During the event, Trainers can capitalize on several Ultra Unlock bonuses they can earn by meeting specific requirements. Successfully catching any Pokémon with Nice, Great and Excellent Throws to receive additional Candy and stand a chance to get Candy XL if you have a Trainer Level 31 and higher using Nice, Great and Excellent Throws.
