How to get and use the Aspects of the Crucible: Horns in Elden Ring

Crucible Knights are some of the deadliest enemies in Elden Ring, and their abilities are equally devastating. There are three Aspect Incantations that you can earn in the Lands Between, including the Aspects of the Crucible: Horns, which you'll learn how to find and use in this guide.

One of these Aspects can be earned through an Evergaol fight, while another is acquired after battling a demi-god. In terms of difficulty, finding the Horns should barely be a challenge. However, it will take some searching in Stormveil Castle and a short fight against a knight to earn this Incantation.

How to find the Aspects of the Crucible: Horns in Elden Ring?

To find the Aspects of the Crucible: Horns in Elden Ring, you will need to attempt some platforming into a hidden area. All of this will happen on the edge of Stormveil Castle after you jump off the ramparts, but first, you must find the right cliffside.

From within Stormveil Castle, you should look for or spawn at the Ramparts Site of Lost Grace. At this Lost Grace site, go straight out the door to the outside ramparts, where you will find the Bladed Talon Eagles. Run past these birds and go left on the first set of stairs.

Jump off the side of this rampart, and you will land on a small cliff path beneath. Continue to the right side and jump onto the small beam located on the side of this wall. Follow that beam until you reach another broken pillar and jump down.

The platform will break when you jump onto the ground and follow the layer below. The fall is steep, but there is no chance of fall damage. Once you land, do not jump down any further. Instead, go ahead and follow the path on the side of the cliff towards the broken doorway. 

In this area, a Crucible Knight will appear and will be looking for a fight. This particular one will have the Horn Shield and a sword. Defeat this knight to earn the Aspect of the Crucible: Horns Incantation.

How to use Aspects of the Crucible: Horns in Elden Ring?

Before you start using the Aspects of the Crucible: Horns in Elden Ring, you will need the right weapon to wield it. This move is an Incantation and will require a Sacred Seal before you can utilize the horn. Without the seal, nothing can happen.

Once you find the Sacred Seal you want to use, it's time to use the Crucible Horn. Incantations are still equipped like normal spells, and you must sit at a Site of Lost Grace to apply them. They are always memorized in spell locations and are used the same way.

The Crucible Horn will scale off of Faith stats, and it requires a total of 27 Faith to wield. Charging up the ability will also increase the damage and range the move has, all while dealing physical damage as a base. For every piece of Crucible gear you have on, the damage will increase by 3.5% each time. That's all there is to know about Aspects of the Crucible: Horns.
