How To Get Dragon Scaled Armor In God of War Ragnarok

God of War Ragnarok is a massive game with plenty of optional content for you to pursue. As you explore the nine realms, you may also come across hidden areas and quests.

Exploring these hidden locations and completing these side quests grant some of the best rewards in the game. One of the best armor in the game also becomes available to craft when you stumble upon one of these hidden places. Here's how you get the Dragon Scaled armor set in God of War Ragnarok. 

How to craft Dragon Scaled armor in God of War Ragnarok

To craft Dragon Scaled armor in God of War Ragnarok, you will have to complete the Scent of Survival Favor in Vanaheim. It begins right outside Freyr's camp. On your second visit to the place, you will notice magical paw prints leading outside to your boat. Follow them to begin the quest.

Continue towards the paw prints, and soon you will come across The Crater, one of the hidden regions in God of War Ragnarok. In the Crater, look for the Brok and Sindri's shop in The Plains region. The Dragon Scaled Armor will now be available to craft. 

You will need the following crafting materials to craft the base level of The Dragon Scaled armor set in God of War Ragnarok: 

Dragon Scale Girdle

• x10,000 Hacksilver
• x10 Dragon Tooth

Dragon Scale Bracers 

• x10,000 Hacksilver
• x10 Dragon Tooth

Dragon Scale Breastplate

• x14,000 Hacksilver
• x1 Dragon Claw
• x2 Dragon Tooth

You can get Dragon Tooth by killing Drakes scattered across the realm. Getting the Dragon Claw is the difficult part. To get a Dragon Claw, you will have to kill a Dragon. Thankfully, there are plenty of those in the nine realms. 

There are three Dragons in The Crater region of Vanaheim. You will find them in The Sinkholes, The Plains, and The Jungle. 

Killing them should give you sufficient materials to craft the base version of the entire Dragon Scale armor set. 

Crafting the Dragon Scale armor set will also unlock the Dragon Slayer trophy.
