The Spring season has arrived in Palia, so there is plenty of new in-game content for players to enjoy and explore. From the newly added temple, Temple of Roots, a Spring-themed decor set, the Flowers and Trees System, and more Emberborn furnishing items, developer Singularity 6 has included more Premium Outfits for players to acquire.
These cosmetic content items cannot be bought using Gold, the main in-game currency, but Palia Coins like the latest Halloween-themed outfits. If you wish to change up appearances, here’s how to get the Premium Outfits and earn a Palcat in Palia.
26th March 2024 Update: This guide reflects the new Premium Outfit bundles added in the v0.178 update that are available through the Premium Store in Palia. The original reporting continues below.
Latest Palia Premium Outfits News & Updates:
The v0.178 patch update added seven new outfit sets with three outfits that are available to purchase from the Premium Store in-game. Let's look at the outfit sets, which are as follows:
- The Bridal Party Bundle (Featured):
- 2,500 Palia Coins per outfit and 5,100 Palia Coins for the entire set
- Includes To Have, To Honor, and To Love outfits
- Comes with a hat and a one-piece per outfit
- The Well Groomed Bundle (Featured):
- 2,500 Palia Coins per outfit and 5,100 Palia Coins for the entire set
- Includes To Hold, To Keep, and To Cherish outfits
- Comes with a hat, a top, and a bottom per outfit
- The Haute Dawg Bundle:
- 1,700 Palia Coins per outfit and 3,400 Palia Coins for the entire set
- Includes Ice Scream, In a Pickle, and Party Sausage outfits
- Comes with a face mask and a one-piece per outfit
- "S6 is not responsible for any injuries incurred while attempting to eat a cosmetic."
NOTE: The Bridal Part and Well Groomed Bundles have a unique effect, which is triggered when two or more Palians nearby are wearing outfits from either of these bundles. This effect continues to grow when more Palians "gather together in these outfits" with the max number of Palians capped at five.
Four additional bundles will be added to Palia on 9th April 2024, which we have detailed below:
- The Motohead Bundle:
- 1,275 Palia Coins per outfit and 2,250 Palia Coins for the entire set
- Includes Denim Daredevil, Original Outlaw, and Sew-On Scoundrel outfits
- Comes with a top and bottom per outfit
- The Noble Guard Bundle:
- 1,700 Palia Coins per outfit and 3,400 Palia Coins for the entire set
- Includes Clarion Champion, Gothic Logic, and Regal Eagle outfits
- Comes with a hat, top, and bottom per outfit
- The Ready to Pop Bundle:
- 1,275 Palia Coins per outfit and 2,250 Palia Coins for the entire set
- Includes Bubblegum, Electro and Psychedelic outfits
- Comes with a top and bottom
- The Shoulder Showoff Bundle:
- 850 Palia Coins per outfit and 1,700 Palia Coins for the entire set
- Includes Argyle Aesthetics, Country Components, and Swan Seams outfits
- Comes with a top and bottom
How To Get The Premium Outfits In Palia?
The Premium Outfits are cosmetic content that players can obtain; however, not through gameplay progression. Instead, these cosmetics can be purchased by visiting the Premium Store, which is accessed in one of many ways, with the first being through your character profile menu when hitting the P key.
Click on the golden card icon at the top right of the screen to view the latest and available premium outfits, provided you have enough Palia Coins to buy them. Luckily, players can also purchase Palia Coin bundles from the Premium Store, which can be used to buy cosmetics, including the newest arrivals, such as the Glider Skins.
Another way to access the Premium Store is by heading to Jel’s Tailor Shop in the town square and interacting with the cash register to access the in-game shop. The final way is to return home and head to your wardrobe, where you can change your character’s appearance.
Look for the golden card icon at the top right of the screen labeled Store, which clicking on it will bring you to the Premium Store. Regardless of how players enter the Premium Store, buying a Premium Outfit requires Palia Coins, which can be obtained using real-world money.
The developer addressed some concerns and confusion regarding the game’s monetization strategy and outfit bundle discounts. The v0.168 patch update saw UI changes for the Premium Store, in which players can receive a discount on buying the entire costume set or pay the total price for the outfit within the set.
The game is limited to certain currencies, as regional pricing is only available in North America and Western Europe. With PayPal now being supported as a new payment option, players can choose their preferred payment option for buying cosmetic content items.
The developer also addressed confusion regarding Palcats and how players can acquire them in-game. Players can get the Sandy Palcat upon their first purchase of Palia Coins and the remaining three Palcats when they have purchased 3,000 Palia Coins.
Players have been asking for a free-to-play (F2P) option to get a Palcat, and while the developer recognizes this, unfortunately, they won’t be adding any pets currently. This also extends to expanding the pets feature in-game, so it will be some time before more pets are added in Palia.
Palia is currently available via the Epic Games Store and in Open Beta for PC, as players can install the game launcher detailed in this guide. The game is now available to download for Nintendo Switch as of 14th December 2023.
