Friendship quests often see players assisting their quest giver in completing a task, solving a mystery, and collecting or gathering items that can be purchased or found in the open world. The requests can range from a single item to multiple items before returning to them, which is the premise of Hekla's Friendship quest, Item Procurement.

Palia Item Procurement Friendship Quest Objectives List

Item Procurement is a Friendship quest for Jina's Galdur guardian, Hekla, once they've reached Friendship Level 2 with her. Hekla has a small favor to ask of the players as they need a few supplies since Jina has always relied on them to assist her in completing tasks.

Hekla gives players a list of random items they are to find or collect from Villagers, but what she needs them for has yet to be revealed. Below, we've listed all the objectives that will help players get what's on Hekla's list and complete their Friendship quest:

• Get one Potato
• Get one Button
• Get one piece of Fabric
  • Return to Hekla

How To Complete The Item Procurement Friendship Quest In Palia?

Once players have reached Friendship Level 2 with Heklka, they can proceed to speak to them when found at Mirror Pond Ruins or the village library. Hekla noted that they've always assisted Jina with her tasks, so she requires assistance finding a few items she needs.

This begins the Item Procurement Friendship quest, as players are tasked with getting a Potato, a Button, and some Fabric. Fabric can be purchased from Tish's Material Store for 190 Gold or crafted when Cotton is placed into the Fabric Loom Hopper.

Buttons can be obtained when speaking to Jel at his Tailor Shop, where he'll give them one spare button. Potatoes can be bought from the Daiya Family Farm Store for 180 Gold or grown from their garden once they're ready to be harvested.

With all these items procured as per the list, they can return to Hekla, who can be found at Mirror Pond Ruins or the village library, where they can turn in these items. This will complete the Item Procurement Friendship quest, and as a simple thanks for collecting these items, Hekla will award them with 20 Renown, five Sweat Leaves, and five Wild Garlic and improve their Friendship with the Galdur in Palia.

Palia is currently available via the Epic Games Store and in Open Beta for PC, as players can install the game launcher detailed in this guide. The game is now available to download for Nintendo Switch as of 14th December 2023.
