Team Ninja's latest game release, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, features a multitude of boss battles. Like the Nioh games, every mission ends with a boss encounter, so when you have captured all the Battle Flags in the area, get ready to face a formidable foe.
Baishe is the seventh main boss in Wo Long, who is by no stretch the toughest enemy in the game. However, they could still kill you if you're not careful. If you're struggling to beat this sleazy boss or just looking for some tips, you're in the right place. Here's how you can beat Baishe in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
How To Beat Baishe Boss Fight In Wo Long Fallen Dynasty
Unlike Aoye, Baishe doesn't have multiple elemental attacks. All they do is spew poison pools across the area. Make sure to equip the special effect on your armor and weapon that increases your Toxin resistance.
Baishe takes a lot of fire damage, which is your cue to use Fire Phase spells and abilities against them. Equip weapon and armor special effect that increases the rate of burn accumulation on enemies and use spells that apply burn effect.
The best strategy to beat Baishe is to stay close to them. Baishe has this long-range sweeping attack, which they perform when you're farthest away. Stay right next to them, and you will have plenty of opportunities to deal a mixture of regular attacks, Martial Arts, and Wizardry Spells. Baishe has one more regular attack where it throws poison snakes at you. It's best to dodge or sprint away from this one.
Like most bosses in Wo Long, Baishe has two critical blows, and one of them is much easier to deflect than the other. In the first attack, they throw snake arms at you. It usually happens when you're near them, so pay attention to this maneuver since there's not enough window to make a mistake.
In the second attack, Baishe will fly across the room and lunge toward you. There are a few seconds between when they start hovering and when they lunge toward you, so you will have plenty of time to get ready to deflect.
And that's pretty much it. As mentioned previously, Baishe isn't a tough boss in Wo Long, and keeping these things in mind should let you easily overcome them.
That concludes our guide on how to beat Baishe in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
