The Harmonic Interface Puzzle is a point of interest in No Man’s Sky that requires the player to solve a series of simple math puzzles and answer with glyphs. As is tradition, unlocking it will grant access to the Multi-Tool cabinet and allow the player to progress further in the game.

However, solving the Harmonic Interface Puzzle can be daunting as the game won’t tell you the exact instructions to decode it. Therefore, we’ve put together this essential guide to help you solve it in No Man’s Sky.

To solve the Harmonic Interface Puzzle, players will need to add and subtract a few combinations of numbers and input Glyphs accordingly. In our case, the puzzle required us to solve the following equations:

  • 18-5
  • 2+7
  • 3+2

So, we solved the Harmonic Interface puzzle by inputting Glyph #13, Glyph #9, and Glyph #5 into their respective slots.

How To Solve Harmonic Interface Puzzle in No Man’s Sky

To solve the puzzle, the player needs to use the Echo Locator to find the Harmonic Interface. Once the player has found the Harmonic Interface, they need to solve the math puzzles and input the correct glyphs, as mentioned above.

Players can see the math puzzles they need to solve by selecting the “scan memory registers” option. Then, they will need to select the “Input override glyphs” option to register their answers.

The first time the player solves the puzzle, they will unlock the Aeron Turbojet Wingpack Blueprint. Further options include unlocking the Multi-Tool cabinet and gaining access to Harmonic Scrap, which rewards the player with various items when picked up, including expansion slots.
