Sea of Stars is a Found Item quest players can encounter when fishing in the river while exploring the Temple of the Waves. Players are to use the Fishing skill to fish out a bottle containing a peculiar item as they need to speak with a Villager with knowledge of the item in question.

Throughout this quest, they’ll gain more knowledge on Majiri astrology and utilize a device players have hoped to interact with in-game. But before we detail the entire quest, here’s the complete list of quest objectives to help guide them on this star-studded quest for Palia:

How To Complete The Sea Of Stars Quest In Palia?

As previously mentioned, players can acquire the Sea of Stars quest when fishing in the river running through the Temple of the Waves at Phoenix Falls. This location was central in completing the Ancient Battery quest, and players may have the chance to find a Small Handheld Device by the temple’s door.

Once they’ve located the Temple of the Waves, glide down to the open chamber and equip their fishing rod with no bait before fishing. It will take a few times, and they’ll catch fish that spawn in the waters inside Pavel Mines, so this would make an alternative fishing spot.

They’ll need to catch a bottle with a Star Chart inside, and they’re advised to speak to someone familiar with the study of stars. Chayne is marked on their map as they must talk with him, who is surprised to learn that the Star Chart was discovered in this fashion.
