Palia Surprise Present Friendship Quest And Walkthrough

Everyone loves surprise gifts, no matter how large or small they may be, as they provide much joy to those involved and those receiving the surprise gift. Tish has quite a surprise gift in store for her brother, Reth, but she needs help getting it ready for him.

As she has partnered up with Jel in helping her envision this surprise, Jel has encountered a problem of his own, which both need players’ help. Get their thinking caps on and help Tish and Jel resolve their troubles by using the quest objectives to complete the Surprise Present Friendship quest in Palia.

Palia Surprise Present Friendship Quest Objectives List

Surprise! Kilima Villager’s resident carpenter, Tish, can be befriended, and she does require players’ assistance for her Friendship Level 2 quest, Surprise Present. Tish will be celebrating a six-month anniversary since she and her brother, Reth, moved from the Capital to Kilima Village due to Tish’s illness.

She has teamed up with Jel to produce a rustic apron for her brother to commemorate this momentous occasion. However, Jel is taking too long on the apron, which they’ll investigate by completing these quest objectives for Tish’s Surprise Present Friendship quest in Palia:

• Talk to Jel
• Get two Fabric
  • Return to Jel
• Talk to Tish

How To Complete The Surprise Present Friendship Quest In Palia?

Once players have succeeded in increasing their Friendship level with Tish and unlocking her Friendship quest, Surprise Present, visit her at her Furniture Store during the day or at Jel’s Tailor Shop at night to accept the Surprise Present Friendship quest. While chatting to her, she spoke of her brilliant idea that she’d be working with Jel to produce a brand new apron for her brother, Reth, but Jel had been working too long on it.

As they head out to Jel’s Tailor Shop to find out what’s been taking so long on the apron, Jel reveals that his fabric supplier has run out of business in Bahari Bay while expressing his impatience regarding this apron. With Jel not having any Fabric to finish Reth’s apron, players can acquire some Fabric by purchasing them from Tish for 190 Gold each or spinning harvested Cotton into Fabric before returning to Jel.

Now that Jel can complete Reth’s apron, they can return to Tish to inform her that the apron will be completed by the following day. They do have the option to reveal Reth’s secret, but this will complete Tish’s Friendship quest as they get to improve their Friendship with her and get 25 Renown, 40 Sapwood Planks, and 20 Copper Ores as rewards.

Palia is currently available via the Epic Games Store and in Open Beta for PC, as players can install the game launcher detailed in this guide. The game is now available to download for Nintendo Switch as of 14th December 2023.
