MW2 & Warzone 2 Season 5 Tracer Bundles Revealed: Price, Content, Release Date

Following the release of Modern Warfare Warzone: Season 5, players have been blessed with the most awesome content, with futuristic colors, pets, weapons, a new edge on cosmetic items, and most of all iconic maps bringing the older players nostalgia from the good ol' days. Every Modern Warfare player will enjoy the content moving forward with Season 5, especially those that obtain the Battle Pass and especially those grinding to Tier 100 this season! 

However, on top of all this Season 5 content, Activision seemingly have even more in store. Like past seasons, players can also get their hands on new "Tracer Bundles" that are coming to the COD store to be purchased with COD points. Please note, Tracer Bundles are not included within the Battle pass and must be purchased separately. 

All Tracer Bundles coming within Season 5 of both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone are: 

• Snoop Dogg: Return of the Shizzle 
• Elementals: Iceflow
• Dark Rituals III
• Penumbra + Universal wrap

All these items will be available during Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone Season 5 and will make several returns to the COD store to give players a chance to pick up each Tracer packs. There is no direct release date for these Tracer Packs, although, it's been speculated they'll hit the store on August 30th.

To unlock these skins, you're going to have to purchase them from the COD store or simply grind the Battle Pass to obtain COD points "for free" to put money towards these Tracer Packs. Unfortunately, there's no alternative way to unlock these packs. 

MW2 Warzone Tracer Pack: Elementals Iceflow: All Items, Price

The Elementals Iceflow Tracer Pack provides an edge no other Operator obtains within the Modern Warfare series, it's a completely unique aesthetic. Within this bundle, players will receive a series of items:

• "Snowfall" Assault Rifle 
• "Cold Wind" LMG Weapon Blueprints 
• "Polar Vortex" Vehicle Skin for the ATV 
• "Ice Spike" Melee and throwing knife variant 
• "Deep freeze" Weapon Charm 
• "Electric Ice" Loading Screen 
• "Cold Heart" Sticker 
• "Deadly Lead" Emblem 

A price hasn't yet been disclosed for the Operator pack, however, we expect this Operator to cost $19.99 or 2400 COD points, following similar prices to Operators with similar content. Personally, this is my favorite Operator Pack due to the sheer uniqueness of the skin, making you feel like a superhero and giving you an unusual yet awesome aesthetic to roam the battlefields, alongside all the additional content and cool weapon skins like the "Ice Spike."

To use the Ice Spike, simply equip it onto your melee or within the throwing knife category and start launching icicles at your enemies, they provide the same damage and effect but with a different approach. 

MW2 Warzone Tracer Pack: Dark Rituals: All Items, Price

The Dark Rituals Tracer Pack provides a similar aesthetic to the tier 100 battle pass items with the red and black overhaul alongside the devilish connotations. Overall, the Operator looks incredibly intimidating that might overall benefit you on the battlefields of Warzone, here is everything included within the Dark Rituals bundle:

• "To Dust" Assault Rifle 
• “Death’s Door” Battle Rifle
• “Necrotic” Sniper Rifle
• “Grave Digger” Frag Grenade variant
• “Death’s Harbinger” Loading Screen
•  “Just Ghostly” Emblem
•  Double Player XP and one-hour Double Weapon XP token

Again, this Tracer Pack bundle is expected to cost $19.99 or 2400 COD Points and rightfully so - the bundle is awesome and it has an intimidating factor gaining you battlefield benefits. With no direct release date, we're expecting this bundle to hit the stores throughout season 5. 

MW2 Warzone Tracer Pack: Penumbra: All Items, Price

The Penumbra Tracer Pack is slightly different from the other packs, featuring the new "FR ADVANCER" weapon, also known more commonly as the FAMAS. The FAMAS has always been a fan favorite for Call of Duty lovers, hence its return and feature in this awesome Tracer Pack. The pack will include:

• “Onyx Pitch” Assault Rifle Blueprint
• “Vault Keeper” Sticker
• "cubic" Weapon Charm
• “Destination: Chaos” Loading Screen
• “Shadow Company” Emblem

We believe this item will be a little cheaper within the COD store, costing players approximately 1200 COD points. This is typically what they can earn for free with the Battle Pass anyways. The reason why we predict the lower price is due to the lack of an Operator skin. Players will get to experience the "FR ADVANCER" skin with a slight advantage over their enemies with the weapon blueprint. The Blueprint aesthetic has been matched to feel like carbon fiber, reinforcing the weapon and your killing abilities! 

MW2 Warzone Tracer Pack: Snoop Dogg - Return of the Shizzle: All Items, Price

Snoop Dogg has entered the Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone scene again, bringing a more gracious and smoother touch to the battlefields, often taking the edge off for most players with his squad "Toke Force 141." This Tracer Pack has to be the most anticipated due to the love the Call of Duty community has for the rap star. Here's what's included within his bundle: 

• “Snoop Dogg” and the “D-O-Double G” alternate Skin
• “Life of Da Party” Assault Rifle
• “Toke Force 141” SMG
• “Wild and Free” Sidearm Weapon Blueprints
• “Snoop Hustle” Finishing Moves
• “High Rider” Hatchback Vehicle Skin
• “Death Row Records” Weapon Charm
• “A Snoop Thang” Loading Screen
• “Snoop” Emblem

By far, the "Snoop Dogg Return of the Shizzle" Tracer Pack provides the most content with two Operator alt skins, allowing players to mix and match their blueprints and cosmetics with the skin they desire. We're expecting the price of this pack to cost around $19.99 or 2400 COD points due to the volume and quality of content and to release into the COD store after August 30th. Although appearing expensive, the content and deal are worth the price when you can roam the Battlefields as one of the greats! 

MW2 Warzone: Advantages to Tracer Packs

The Dark Rituals and Iceflow Tracer Packs are perfect examples of aesthetic advantages, allowing players to blend in with their surroundings due to their dark colors and subtle overtones. These Tracer Packs will have large benefits in Warzone allowing players to win at easier rates. For example, when hiding in the water the Iceflow Operator will be harder to see and Dark Rituals will be harder to locate in buildings and darker zones due to his black color scheme. If you're after a laugh, pick up the Snoop Dogg pack and get some good VOIP experiences within Warzone!
