Dead By Daylight Shrine Of Secrets - Week Of August 17th

Dead by Daylight's recently reworked Shrine of Secrets refreshes weekly, rotating out two perks for survivors and killers each to purchase with Iridescent Shards.

Unlocking any perk from the Shrine will instantly unlock it on all killers of survivors, making the Shrine a great way to reduce the grind whether you're brand new trying to explore new perks or a veteran trying to get every perk on every character.

No matter why you're on the search for new perks, it's now time for the 17th August Shrine of Secrets. In this article, we'll list all of them and explain exactly how much they cost.

Dead by Daylight Shrine of Secrets - 17th August 2022

In Dead by Daylight, the Shrine of Secrets refreshes each week with four new perks.

Here are the perks in Dead by Daylight's Shrine of Secrets for the week of 17th August 2022:

• Any Means Necessary (Yui Kimura)
• Boon: Exponential (Jonah Vasquez)
• Stridor (The Nurse)
• Hex: Ruin (The Hag)

You can purchase Tier 1 of these perks from the Shrine for 2,000 Iridescent Shards, Tier 2 for 4,000, or Tier 3 for 6,000.

Any Means Necessary allows you to reset a dropped pallet back to its upright position, allowing you to use it again and get even more juice out of it in a chase or use it again to stun the killer.

Jonah Vasquez's Boon: Exponential allows you and other survivors within boon range to pick yourselves up from the ground when downed by the killer. The boon must be applied to a Hex or dull totem around the map.

As for the killer perks, Stridor makes it easier to hear survivors as they move around the map. Hex: Ruin causes generators to instantly regress when survivors let go of them until the Hex totem is cleansed by a survivor or a survivor is killed.

The Shrine of Secrets rotates weekly, so if you don't see any perks you like this week, you can check the Shrine for new ones on 24th August at 7 PM ET.
