When is the Ludwig subathon ending?

Ludwig Aghren's never-ending subathon stream has been an absolute gold mine both in terms of content and money for the former Smash Melee pro player, with no signs of it stopping anytime soon.

Since 14th March, whether he's sleeping, cooking, doing the dishes, or any other mundane activity that requires him to step out of his room, Ludwig has yet to turn off his stream, with fans enjoying every minute of the broadcast, showing their appreciation with thousands of subscriptions that have turned Ludwig into the most profitable content creator on Twitch.

Surely, the subathon has to end at some point, with many fans wondering when? We'll, we might have an answer for you.

Okay, maybe the answer is a bit more complicated than initially expected. You see, there's technically not a date set in stone for it to end nor is the re a hard cap established by Ludwig.

Ludwig has placed a few rules that forbid users from spamming gift subs, such as a limit to how much one can give away, with Minecraft streamer Dreamer being banned for breaking this rule.

Aghren has stated that the time-limit before he considers ending the stream is 31 days, which means he could end up shutting the whole thing down this upcoming 14th April.

However, he explained that this wasn't "really a cap" but rather, based on his estimations, the time it would take for him to become the most subscribed streamer on Twitch, at which point he'll "go out with a bang."

So there you have it! It remains to be seen if he'll change his mind and shut the whole thing off before we know it. In any case, we'll be sure to keep you updated.
