Destiny 2 Crota's End World First Race Winner

Destiny 2 Season of the Witch raid, Crota's End, is about to start on September 1 at 10 AM PT, and players are ready with their teams to race against the world to win the first race. The official announcement of the raid stated, "A ritual begins. To pursue The Witness into The Pale Heart of The Traveler, Eris Morn must turn to the magic of the Hive and accept a deal that Savathûn crafted before her death."

Destiny 2 Season of the Witch World First Crota's End Raid Race Winner: Live Updates

[4:03 PM PT] Bungie has confirmed that Saltagreppo and his team (Elysium) are Destiny 2 Season of the Witch World First Crota's End Raid Race winner. 

Like father, like son. Crota's reign has ended.

[3:54 PM PT] Saltagreppo and his team (Elysium) have beaten Crota and thus, are Destiny 2 Season of the Witch World First Crota's End Raid Race winner. We are just waiting for Bungie to confirm this.

[3:23 PM PT] aTides and their squad have made it to Crota's encounter, and the competition between them and Elysium is close.

[3:09 PM PT] Saltagreppo and his team are now in Crota encounter and currently lead the race.

[2:47 PM PT] While most of the teams are at Bridge encounter in the challenge mode, Elysium is up against Ir Yut.

[2:18 PM PT] More teams are entering the challenge mode.

[1:43 PM PT] Saltagrepppo's team (Elysium) has beaten Crota in challenge mode and is on The Bridge encounter. Meanwhile, atides and their team have defeated Crota in normal mode.

[1:20 PM PT] imBravo was so close to beating Crota (only about 10% HP left); however, they got wiped out. So close!

[1:13 PM PT] Saltagreppo and his team are the first to defeat Crota in normal mode, and they are now moving to the challenge mode.

[1:11 PM PT] Saltagreppo has cleared around 80% of Crota's health, and are close to beating him.

[12:53 PM PT] Saltagreppo has cleared around 40% of Crota's health.

[12:35 PM PT] Crota killed All_The_Players (ATP) players, and they have started again.

[12:29 PM PT] All_The_Players (ATP) have taken out almost half of Crota's health.

[12:26 PM PT] Saltagreppo and All_The_Players (ATP) are neck and neck in the race and are working on beating Crota. Meanwhile, more teams have reached this stage.

[12:17 PM PT] Crota can be damaged with players' weapons along with the Swordbearer's sword, which is good news; however, his massive HP is causing players trouble.

[12:04 PM PT] Saltagreppo has also reached the Crota encounter.

[11:57 AM PT] All_The_Players (ATP) are the first team to clear Ir Yut, the Deathsinger encounter, and are the only team to proceed to the Crota encounter.

[11:55 AM PT] Teams are fighting well in the Ir Yut encounter; however, they are not able to defeat Ir Yut in the given short amount of time.

[11:39 AM PT] Saltagreppo and Elysium have also made it to Ir Yut, the Deathsinger encounter. Players have to defeat Ir Yut before she finishes her song.

[11:23 AM PT] All_The_Players (ATP) are the first team to clear the Bridge encounter. They are now in Ir Yut, the Deathsinger encounter.

[11:12 AM PT] Players can go forward without going through all the mechanics, and they have to deal with the Gatekeepers, who have the most HP this time. We are almost 1 hour and 30 minutes into the raid, and no one has been able to clear the second encounter. 

[11:04 AM PT] The Gatekeepers are too tough to deal with for all the teams who have reached the Bridge encounter.

[10:37 AM PT] Datto was close to clearing the Bridge encounter but couldn't succeed. Meanwhile, more teams have cleared the Abyss.

[10:37 AM PT] Datto and Math Class have also cleared the Abyss encounter.

[10:30 AM PT] All_The_Players (ATP) were close to completing the Bridge encounter but failed to do it.

[10:16 AM PT] All_The_Players (ATP) have completed the Abyss encounter and are now on the Bridge encounter.

[10:06 AM PT] We are seeing a few clans already falling down, and they will have to start again from the beginning. They need Chalice of Light to evade Abyss darkness to proceed. It is a new mechanic added to the raid. 

[10:00 AM PT] Destiny 2 Season of the Witch World First Crota's End Raid Race has begun. Meanwhile, you can earn exclusive rewards in Destiny 2 via Twitch Drops.

[9:00 AM PT] The Destiny 2 Season of the Witch World First Crota's End Raid Race will begin at 10:00 AM PT, and the following items are disabled.

• Gear: Tessellation Exotic Fusion Rifle and Foetracer Exotic Hunter Helmet
• Mods: Elemental Munitions Mod, Overload Hand Cannon Mod, Frenzied Stacks Artifact Mod, All Ammo Reserve Mods, and All Font Armor Charge Mods
• Aspects: Warlock Weavewalk Aspect and Titan Banner of War Aspect
