Below, we’ve put together are recommended loadout for the Kastov 762 in Warzone 2:

Barrel – KAS-10 584mm Barrel
Underbarrel – Lockgrip Precision-40
Laser – FSS OLE-V Laser
Ammunition – 7.62 High Velocity
Optic – Schlager 3.4X

The Kastov 762 is an Assault Rifle with tons of firepower and sports an insane TTK (time to kill), so the attachments we’ve chosen are geared toward playing on its ranged abilities to make it more deadly overall. Starting with the KAS-10 584mm Barrel which gives us an initial boost in bullet velocity, recoil control, and damage range.

Then we have the Lockgrip Precision-40, giving us more recoil steadiness and overall accuracy making the gun more accurate over distances. And the 7.62 High Velocity gives us an extra boost in damage range as well.

Lastly, the FSS OLE-V Laser gives us a faster ADS (aim down sights) speed and the Schlager 3.4X is our preferred Optic for this gun, though you can choose the one you’re most comfortable with.

As part of its new system, you can only select a pre-set perk package in Warzone 2; meaning you can’t customize your perk loadout as we are used to doing in previous titles. While some see this as a disadvantage, the available packages can still offer you useful options.

For the Kastov 762, we’ve chosen the Specter Perk package, and you can find the Perks that come with it as well as the best equipment to pair with it below:

Base Perk 1 – Ghost
Base Perk 2 – Double Time
Bonus Perk – Tracker
Ultimate Perk – Spotter
Lethal – Semtex
Tactical Equipment – Stun Grenade

As an Assault Rifle user, you are going to be paying more aggressively and pushing more than other players, so Ghost assists you in avoiding detection by enemy UAVs, which increases your chances of survival significantly.

If you have the Tracker Perk, your enemies will be easier to track as their footprints will light up in-game if they have recently passed you. Double Time increases the tactical sprint duration, allowing you to quickly get close to enemies and put them down with your Kastov 762.

The Spotter Perk is also useful in this situation because it allows you to identify nearby enemy equipment, keeping you safe while pursuing an adversary. Stun grenades let you slow down your opponents or check corners with the hit markers. And finally, there’s nothing more satisfying than sticking a grenade to an enemy’s head with a Semtex, which is also a good choice against infantry and vehicles.
