Call of Duty: Warzone 2 has recently undergone some pretty big changes recently. Players are currently in the midst of discovering all of the latest content happening in Season 4, and taking their time to uncover every secret and master the meta.
One of the biggest additions to Season 4 of Warzone 2 was a brand new map, called Vondel. Vondel is a decently sized map currently utilized in DMZ and in the future, players will be able to partake in Battle Royale matches there, which will include a new Gulag. Ahead of its Battle Royale release, the new Vondel Gulag has seemingly been leaked, and it looks very similar to the Verdansk Gulag.
The New Vondel Gulag In Warzone 2 Looks Like Verdansk Gulag
Leaks are common in the gaming industry, especially if you have people looking into the back end of live service games. It seems like there was another hit and a Reddit post has appeared showing off the new Vondel Gulag. This new Gulag has yet to go live in-game and has emerged only after select players gained early access.
Commenters on the Reddit post said that the new Gulag actually looks very similar to the Verdansk Bathroom Gulag. Verdansk was a fan-favorite map when the original Warzone was released and commenters noticed that the flag point and symmetry look incredibly similar. This has excited commenters with the possibility of seeing references to Verdansk in Warzone 2 maps.
When Will The New Vondel Gulag Be Released In Warzone 2?
Players will not have to wait too much longer to check out this new Gulag, as it’s be added when Vondel gets the new Battle Royale mode during the upcoming Reloaded season for Warzone 2. Once the Season 4 Reloaded commences, the new Gulag will be live and ready to check out.
If everything lines up correctly, we should expect the Season 4 Reloaded to be released around July 19th. Reloaded season updates tend to roll out roughly a month after the start of a season and when that happens, players will have a new Gulag available to them.
