Is Dead By Daylight On PS Plus?

The popular horror game Dead by Daylight is available on Xbox Game Pass, meaning that Xbox players get to enjoy the game for free if they have a subscription to the huge Xbox game library. But is Dead by Daylight free on Playstation Plus, too?

Let's go over the answer to that question in this article so you can determine for yourself whether you'll have to pay for the game even if you have an active PS Plus subscription.

PlayStation players will be thrilled to hear that yes, Dead by Daylight is available on PS Plus.

The game was added to PlayStation Plus in late August 2022.

If you have PS Plus Extra or Premium membership, you will be able to play the PS version of Dead by Daylight for free. (The game is cross-play, so you can play with your friends, too.)

Note that you will no longer be able to play Dead by Daylight for free if you cancel your PS Plus plan or switch to PS Plus Essential.

Dead By Daylight PS Plus Characters

The PlayStation edition of the game includes the killers The Trapper, The Wraith, The Hillbilly, The Nurse, The Hag, The Huntress, and The Doctor.

It also includes the survivors Dwight Fairfield, Meg Thomas, Claudette Morel, Jake Park, Ace Visconti, Nea Karlsson, Bill Overbeck, Feng Min, and David King.

A few of these characters - such as Feng Min, Ace Visconti, The Doctor, and The Huntress - do not come with all versions of the base game, and are a nice treat for players who play the game through PS Plus.

You can also purchase other DLCs and cosmetics for Auric Cells, which cost real-world money; or you can purchase non-licensed characters and their skins for Iridescent Shards, the game's earnable progression currency.

In other Dead by Daylight news, you might want to check out the leaks and announcements about the upcoming For Honor chapter, which will be a part of the game's licensed chapter 26 and will come to the game very soon.

That's all you need to know about whether you can play Dead by Daylight on PS Plus. You can play the game if you have an Extra or Premium subscription, so log on and download it for yourself if you've been wanting to play.
