How To Unlock The Arena In Fire Emblem Engage

Here is everything you need to know about the arena in Fire Emblem Engage.
How To Unlock The Arena In Fire Emblem Engage

The Arena is a classic feature found in most Fire Emblem games. The Arena is great for powering up your units in preparation for more difficult battles as you progress through the game. The Arena makes its glorious return in Fire Emblem Engage, although things are a little different this time around.

This article will cover everything you need to know about the Arena in Fire Emblem Engage, including when it unlocks, how it works, and the various rewards you can acquire for using it.

The Arena will automatically unlock after completing Chapter 4 in Fire Emblem Engage. No prerequisites are required to unlock the Arena, and you will be prompted to visit it as several other shops unlock in the Somniel.

Players can make their way to the Arena by looking out for the marker on the Somniel map or by fast traveling. Then, all you have to do is head inside and interact with the glowing aura in the center of the room to start training.

How To Use The Arena In Fire Emblem Engage

The Arena in Fire Emblem Engage is used to gain regular XP, strengthen bonds between two characters, or increase bond levels between a character and an Emblem. There are two types of training players can do in the Arena; Normal and Emblem training. These offer different rewards but play out in rather the same way.

Normal Training in Fire Emblem Engage

Normal Training in Fire Emblem Engage allows players to choose a unit they want to train. This unit will then have an automatic battle against another unit in your squad at random. This will grant the chosen unit additional XP and will increase the bond between the two characters (thereby unlocking more bond conversations).

Players can do Normal Training three times a day, and these charges are only refreshed once the player has completed another battle somewhere on the World Map. This can be a story mission, a Paralogue mission, or a Skirmish.

Emblem Training in Fire Emblem Engage

Emblem Training in Fire Emblem Engage allows players to spend their Bond Fragments to raise a certain unit's bond level with their chosen Emblem. This is great for expediting the grinding process if you want to gain new skills or change a unit's class but lack the required weapon proficiency.

Emblem Training is great for passing down universally good skills (such as Canter) to all units on your squad. And that's everything you need to know about the Arena in Fire Emblem Engage!
