How Long To Beat Fire Emblem Engage? - Story Length

Are you ready to summon the Emblems and seize your destiny?! Fire Emblem Engage is the latest entry to Nintendo's iconic Fire Emblem series, offering players an epic adventure on the continent of Elyos. The game features several chapters of non-stop action and adventure, each packed with exciting tactical gameplay, stunning graphics, and a riveting story that will keep you at the edge of your seat. However, with so much content, you might wonder how long it will take to beat Fire Emblem Engage.

Fire Emblem Engage Length - How Long To Beat?

The answer to that question depends on a few factors, such as your skill level, playstyle, and how much time you're able to dedicate to playing, but generally, Fire Emblem Engage will take an average of 40 to 60 hours to complete. For players familiar with the series and who have experience with tactical RPGs, it could take as little as 30 hours to beat the game. But for players who are new to the series or are taking their time to explore every nook and cranny of the game, it could take upwards of 60 hours or more.

Additionally, if you're someone who likes to play on a harder difficulty or you want to collect every Emblem Ring, then it will take longer. So, in reality, the time it takes you to beat Fire Emblem Engage varies depending on how invested you are in the game and its story. It's worth noting that while this latest entry to the Fire Emblem franchise is similar to its predecessors, it is less story-intensive (thus, it will be faster to complete the game).

In a recent Nintendo Ask the Developer interview, the game director from Intelligent Systems, Tsutomu Tei, mentioned that the story structure of Fire Emblem Engage is more straightforward compared to the previous game in the series, Fire Emblem: Three Houses. In particular, Fire Emblem Engage is focused on one main objective to allow players to concentrate on the tactical gameplay.

Furthermore, the producer of Nintendo EPD Group No. 2, Genki Yokota, added that they decided to keep the story on a single path instead of multiple options so that the game wasn't overwhelming for certain players. That's everything you need to know about how long it will take you to beat Fire Emblem Engage.
