British streamer Ali "Gross Gore" Larsen has been banned from Twitch on 18th March 2021.

This has been confirmed by the streamer himself, who tweeted about it shortly after it happened.

Gross Gore is well-known within RuneScape and League of Legends communities, as much of his content has been focused around these two games.

He is a YouTube and Twitch veteran and was creating content about RuneScape since 2009, but around 2014 he started his transition to League of Legends, where he is known for playing high-level Twisted Fate.

Why was Gross Gore banned in 2021?

In the tweet about the ban, Larsen mentions "drama brought from 2015" but it is not exactly clear which drama, as he had a really troublesome past with a lot of controversies.

One of his most well-known controversies, which got him banned in the first place in 2015, revolves around a former professional League of Legends player Mitch "Krepo" Voorspoels, which included serious allegations levelled against Krepo, coming from Gross Gore.

Gross Gore accused Krepo of sending and soliciting nudes from a 16-year-old girl, which later turned out to be true, but at the time got Gross Gore banned from Twitch for calling Krepo a "paedophile". Twitch unbanned him a year and a half later.

Several sources over at the r/LivestreamFail subreddit are talking about another incident, where Gross Gore allegedly leaked nudes images of a 17-year-old girl. In 2018, he was banned again from Twitch after sexual harassment allegations.

It seems that Gross Gore has brought this upon himself by making a post on the r/RoastMe subreddit, where people brought a huge amount of dirty laundry from his past years back to the surface.

Reddit user Allyseis compiled a list of all the things people have found about him, which you can read here, and which includes some really awful stuff Gross Gore has done or said in the past.

This has probably attracted Twitch's attention, and given just home many compromising details people shared about him, someone probably decided that it is time for him to be banned again, and this time for good.

Ultimately, Twitch never discloses the reasons behind someone's ban, so this will all remain in the realm of speculation, but with all the stuff which has surfaced about him, we can safely assume that Twitch simply decided that they don't want him on the platform anymore.
