xQc: Amouranth's claim about hot tub and gamba drama is "weak"

Twitch star, Felix “xQc” Lengyel, slams streamer and OnlyFans model, Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa, regarding her claims about hot tub meta and gambling drama
xQc: Amouranth's claim about hot tub and gamba drama is "weak"

In a previous article, we covered how Twitch star and former Overwatch pro, Felix “xQc” Lengyel, was criticized by Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa for “ripping” on the hot tub meta only to divert attention away from his gamba (gambling) streaming drama.

Of course, xQc wasn’t going to leave it at that and has since hit back with a response, calling her claim “weak” and reaffirming that it was never about ethics or morals. Here’s what the Twitch star had to say in a recent broadcast.

xQc claps back at Amouranth’s claim about gamba streaming

During a broadcast on the 1st of July 2021, xQc called out Amouranth for attempting to misrepresent his take on the matter. He criticized her for trying to make it about morals and ethics, despite her being the only person to hear his account in person over Discord.

xQc proceeded to explain that his take was with respect to the Twitch Terms of Service (TOS) and its implications on partners that “have partial or possible nudity on their streams”. He then added that the claim in her tweet was “weak”.

He continued by citing that: “nobody ever spoke about the ethics and the morals about nudity [or] gambling. It’s never been about this. It’s always been [about] the concerns about Twitch [and its] Terms of Service”.

Twitch has been criticized for its supposedly unfair moderation and implementation of their TOS by several other streamers in past too, including Alinity and Pokimane.

xQc further clarified that the real problem was that if he accidentally showed “some guy’s one-tenth of a booty” in a police video he was watching, then he is “literally banned”.

But yet in hot tub streams, there are streamers with “mini shorts all the way inside the butt crack [...] for hours on end and it was considered normal and accepted according to [the Twitch] Terms of Service”. He then later added that “that is what is considered a s*** show or something that will explode in Twitch’s face”.

xQc later clarified that if people want to watch content that bridges ethics or morals then they should watch it; “I don’t give a s***”, he said. He further went on to say that he wants the Twitch Terms of Service to be better and more fairly appropriated, such that it is fair to everyone. “I never said anything about morals [...] I don’t give a f***. I don’t care dude”, he added.

xQc later called Amouranth a “moron” for her comments about his gambling drama and that she was misrepresenting what he has been saying for years. Perhaps Amouranth didn’t get the memo but we think xQc’s clarification is loud and clear this time.

You can watch the VOD from the stream in the video below.

We’ll have to wait to see whether Amouranth will have a counter-response, but until then, what are your thoughts?
