YouTuber MrBeast is known for doing some pretty wild and fun things in his YouTube career, perhaps most notably for his insane challenges, including a true-to-life recreation of Netflix's Squid Games.

However, on 4th June 2022, the YouTube legend arguably topped them all by creating his version of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, complete with details like a chocolate river.

Here's everything you need to know about MrBeast's amazing recreation of the iconic chocolate factory and how he managed to involve fans in this project.

MrBeast's real-life version of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, which he showcased in a YouTube video on 4th June 2022, was made complete with the iconic chocolate river and waterfall, a room with walls and floor made of marshmallows, and a colossal candy wall.

MrBeast managed to make Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory come to life in the middle of a warehouse, incorporating almost all of the fictional location's most iconic details.

Just like in the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory movie and book, ten participants were invited to complete a series of challenges. But, unfortunately, they were eliminated one by one, leaving only one final winner.

Each participant was invited to participate after they found a golden ticket in one of MrBeast's Feastables chocolate bars, which are purchasable online and in select stores across the U.S.

The challengers first played hide-and-seek in the enormous warehouse before climbing the candy rock wall and playing a series of other original games. In the final challenge, famous chef Gordon Ramsay judged four contestants' Willy Wonka-themed dishes to determine the winner.

In true Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory spirit, MrBeast offered the winner two options: a deed to the chocolate factory he created or $500,000. The winner chose to exchange the "deed" to the factory for $500,000.

"Will you sell me your chocolate factory for half a million dollars?" MrBeast joked as he showed the money to the winner. "Because if not, this factory is probably gonna cost you a hundred grand a year to maintain."
