Amouranth Throws Down $8.3 Million In 7-Eleven Car Wash Investment

Twitch sensation Kaitlyn "Amouranth" Siragusa is best known for her provocative ASMR and hot tub streams. She is also extremely popular as a model on OnlyFans, raking in over $33 million to date; however, these aren't her only income streams.

Amouranth previously detailed her expansive business empire, comprising multi-million dollar investments in various companies. These include owning a gas station, a 7-Eleven store, an inflatable pool toy company, and several stocks in prominent companies like Google.

Her business endeavors even span as far as her selling her own farts and bath water. More recently, however, Amouranth revealed her latest investment move, throwing down $8.3 million in another 7-Eleven gas station and car wash.

Amouranth Invests $8.3 Million in 7-Eleven Car Wash

Amouranth announced her purchase via Twitter on 12th August 2022, explaining that her new $8.3 million 7-Eleven investment sits on 1.5 acres of land; the property includes a massive 4,000 square-foot store and 4,600 square-foot fuel pump island.

"To be honest, it's just another gas station with a larger than usual car cash," the Twitch megastar elaborated. Amouranth continued, explaining that this latest purchase could be one of the last ones before "the 100% accelerated bonus depreciation rolls off."

"[I] will be doing more real estate going forward (even if it's not gas stations) and reinvesting more into [Real Work]," she said. Amouranth launched her company Real Work in July 2022, a kind of bespoke talent and marketing agency for creators working in the digital space.

In her Twitter post, Amouranth explained that she has been "kicking around" an idea of eventually owning the commercial real estate building where her Real Work company is currently located.

"Imagine letting creators invest in (via a PWM Arm) the commercial real estate that the digital entertainment agency [and] services company that represents them/works with them is housed in," she said. The idea is "kinda cool," as Amouranth put it, adding, "if nothing else, an uncorrelated investment [is] worth diversifying in to (sic)."

Amouranth has previously explained her reasoning for these investments and her expensive purchases, citing that it's one of the ways she can reduce the amount of money she owes in taxes. It's also a great way for her to generate passive income, something the Twitch superstar has been vocal about in the past.
