There's a new voice moderator in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 and we go over how to turn it off during your games.

With every Call of Duty release, Activision makes an effort to adjust and update aspects of the game. For example, there are a lot of different cosmetics that players can purchase to give their games a bit more personality that resonates with them. In Modern Warfare 2 and in Warzone 2, there are a lot more choices that they can make.

But one thing that Activision has been paying particular attention to these past few years is toxic behaviour and actions from players in-game. Sometimes, players can take it a bit too far when it comes to the voice chat. Thanks to the roll out of voice chat moderation, toxicty through voice channels is now monitored. Even so, there might be occassions where you want to turn it off. Here, we will go over how to turn off voice chat moderation in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone.

Throughout the years, voice chat has played a major role in the Call of Duty games. It allowed players to communicate with each other for better or worse. These days, moderation tools have gotten a lot better and now players can report each other thanks to voice moderation. But is it possible to turn off voice moderation?

The answer is yes, you can turn off voice moderation in Modern Warfare 2. If you want to turn off voice moderation, all you need to do is go to the settings and disable it from that menu. With that, voice moderation will be off for you. It is a bit unclear though if voice moderation will still happen if someone else has it on in your lobby.

Although you might not want to have voice moderation during your games, you might want to leave it on anyway. The voice moderation is there to specifically stomp out racism, discrimination, and other forms of hate speech. You are actually allowed to trash talk in your Call of Duty games, just try not to take it too far.

However, privacy is very important so if you feel the need to protect your own privacy, turning off voice moderation will be very helpful with that. Remember that there are going to be other players who end up using voice moderation during your games, so it might not be possible to completely keep yourself from being recorded at all times.
