These are only a few of the many incidents happening allegedly due to Andrew Tate’s “misogynistic” influence on young minds. A teacher at an all-girls school in Melbourne’s inner suburbs also commented on the spike in incidents, stating, “this sort of male toxic influencer sh*t is fuelling it.”
The chief executive of mental health charity, the Man Cave Hunter Johnson, said Andrew Tate’s influence on the world was a “massive worry” that needed to be countered with the guidance of positive male role models. He added, “They call his references ‘Tate-isms’. They’re literally using it as a social currency for banter, but also, disrespect.”
