Amouranth Shares Her Family's Take Of Her Doing OnlyFans

Popular hot tub and ASMR Twitch streamer Kaitlyn "Amouranth" Siragusa has faced her fair share of shaming over the years. While much of this criticism traces back to her provocative antics on stream, so have her endeavors on Onlyf*ns (OF).

But despite what many would regard as a questionable profession, content creators like her and many others are more than just “adult entertainment.” In a recent interview with Tuan Nguyen’s, ThePineapple on 20th July 2022, fans got to dive deeper into the many struggles Amouranth has faced as an OF creator and Twitch superstar.

What Does Amouranth's Family Think Of Her OF?

Like many, Amouranth had to endure many challenging endeavors to get to where she is today. Indeed, this included facing the brute harshness of public opinion but also her own family and friends. Because of the stigma and hate surrounding adult entertainment workers, it’s extremely difficult to be honest with people, let alone the closest ones you know. 

During her interview with Tuan Nguyen, Amouranth discussed her relationship with her family, stream, and profession as a content creator on OF. When asked whether her family knew or not about producing content on Twitch, she stated “she wasn’t really close” with her parents growing up.

Throughout her early periods, she was quite a loner who watched television and did art as a form of escapism. Although, Amouranth’s family “has been at times oblivious, disapproving, and currently indifferent to [her] chosen career.”

Amouranth commented further about her family and content creation, specifically about OF. After being asked about her decision to become an OF content creator and her struggles throughout the early stages after getting attention, she spoke mainly about the advantages at the time when OF trended exponentially.

Amouranth said, “It was just a very sterile numbers-driven thing. I looked at the growth OnlyFans was experiencing and realized the Total Addressable Market and the mindshare the platform had was second to none in the crowd-funding/content monetization space.” 

The Twitch star and OF model further elaborated, revealing that the attention she receives on OF doesn't seem to trickle down or make a word to the content creator’s closest loved ones. She said, “I don't think there was a reaction, or I willfully tuned it out.”

When asked if Amouranth would quit creating content on OF, the streamer revealed she’d start doing more mainstream content and pivot. She also added about creating enough backlogged content that she wouldn’t need to worry about producing posts on OF.

Amouranth said, “It's been a bit misreported, but stepping away from adult content meant I spent a large part of the last year filming a backlog, like a really huge backlog of content to release for a while to come.”

Until now, Amouranth has been transparent about her online endeavors, making it very clear that the content and decisions she makes are focused on one thing and one thing only: making money. And ultimately, that's who Amouranth is, a successful businesswoman who's found something working for her and honed it to her advantage.
