Popular Twitch streamer Adin Ross has been handed his 4th ban from the platform.

This is Adin Ross' third ban in the last three months and the 20-year-old streamer fears that this time it might be a permanent ban, as the seriousness of his violation is much more severe than it was the previous two times this year when he was banned only for a day.

During his latest stream, Ross has been driving a car and live-streaming, and while this is not something that is forbidden to do per se, Twitch has very strict regulations when it comes to IRL (in-real-life) streams, especially those which consider the safety of others and any behaviour which can endanger others is a bannable offence.

Reckless driving falls under "Self-Destructive Behavior" according to Twitch's Community Guidelines.

"Any activity that may endanger your life or lead to your physical harm is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to suicide threats, intentional physical trauma, illegal use of drugs, illegal or dangerous consumption of alcohol, and dangerous or distracted driving, " the guideline reads.

And while VODs from his channel are currently unavailable due to the ban, a short video that shows Adin Ross driving and looking at his phone has surfaced.

In a tweet following the ban, Ross claims that he "was at a red light" when he was looking at his chat, but the video above shows him checking the phone 9 times in just 14 seconds while the car is in motion.

As we've already mentioned, this is Ross' third ban this year and the fourth Twitch ban in total. And while his previous offences this year were minor and earned him just single-day bans, this time around the situation is drastically different, as he has endangered both him and other people with his heedless driving.

Ross claims that this ban might be permanent and that he doesn't know when he is going to be back on Twitch, but at this moment we can not confirm if this violation has earned him a permanent ban or just an indefinite suspension, which might last a couple of weeks.

We will update the story as soon as more information becomes available.
