One True King sign Cyr as content creator

One True King, the gaming organisation based in Austin, Texas, created in 2020, is adding its newest member with the signing of Twitch streamer Cyr.

The announcement of Cyr joining One True King came during their anniversary stream, also unveiling a brand-new OTK logo in the process. 

OTK was founded by Asmongold, Matthew "Mizkif" Rinaudo, Esfand, Tips Out, and Rich Campbell with the intention of becoming a "lifestyle brand" org that focuses on content creation. 

Outside of streaming, OTK had previously signed a professional World of Warcraft squad that has competed at several Blizzard sanctioned events, however, this past June, they revealed the disbandment of the squad.

OTK's continued growth in the world of content creation has seen the organisation become the most-watched in the world as of August 2021, outshining Luminosity Gaming and their Overwatch pro turned Twitch superstar Félix "xQc" Lengyel.

Among the many things the OTK network were behind this year included Schooled, a quiz show, hosted by Mizkif, that pitted some of the most notable streamers against each other.

Smash Melee icon Juan "Hungrybox" Debiedma would end up as the winner in an almost three-month-long competition that gave viewers plenty to get their teeth into, including cheating allegations against Amouranth and Kaceytron.

The Cyr signing is their third one outside the original five members, following Nmplol in October 2020 and Jschlatt back in May.

It'll be interesting to see what kind of content he can bring to the table, being a variety streamer that primarily focuses on Just Chatting content, as well as playing the hottest games in the market.
