Dr Disrespect gets roasted by fans for looking like Fire Mario

Popular YouTube streamer, Guy "Dr Disrespect" Beahm, was recently roasted by one of his subscribers during his livestream on 13th October. The former Twitch star was compared to "Fire Mario" (otherwise known as Fiery Mario) from the classic Super Mario Bros Nintendo video game.

This followed after a subscriber sent a $4.99 super chat, reading: "Hey, Fire Mario, you look like Dr Disrespect." The comparison was seemingly drawn as a result of Dr Disrespect's atypical choice of attire, sporting a white (rather than a black) sweater to go along with his iconic red vest and PitViper sunglasses.

The comment initially had Dr Disrespect perplexed, to which the Doc responded: "Fire Mario? I don't know if I like your tone," before the Doc proceeded to do a Google search on "Fire Mario" to understand what the subscriber meant.

The Doc's facial expression said it all when he showed the Google Image search results on his stream. The leader of The Champion's Club briefly inspected his outfit and compared it to the Fire Mario outfit, and said: "Son of a b*tch," shaking his head in defeat.

Dr Disrespect's iconic moustache certainly aided in establishing himself as a Mario lookalike, especially given the fact that it is nearly identical to the moustache of our favourite Italian plumber. The only thing missing, which would definitely have completed the outfit, was Mario's signature hat.

Fire Mario, for those that don't know, is the form that Mario takes after powering up with a Fire Flower. The Nintendo Wiki indicates that the form was first introduced in Super Mario Bros. and is one of the few forms to appear in more than one Super Mario game.

Naturally, the clip gained traction on Reddit, where several fans commented on the Doc's unintentional Mario cosplay. "For a moment I thought Fire Mario was another streamer or something, the clip got me good," one Redditor said and we concur!

While we're sure that fans had a nice laugh, we are certain that Dr Disrespect will be a bit more mindful of his choice of clothing the next time he goes live -- we also doubt he's going to be wearing white again anytime soon.
