Call of Duty Warzone: How to access the bunkers

There’s been many mysterious sights and sounds in Call of Duty: Warzone, but none have quite stirred intrigue like the bunkers. 

Since the game released earlier this year, players have wondered how to get access to 12 bunkers scattered across the map - naturally assuming it’ll be tied to some future promotion or event. 

Following the latest update, it seems Infinity Ward are finally ready to show what’s in store - with players now able to access the bunkers and reap the rewards inside. 

How do I access the Warzone bunkers? 

To access a bunker, you’ll have to find a Red Access Card which can be found in rare loot caches around the map. 

Once you have a red card, you’ll be able to access one of the vault bunkers by interacting with the small button to the right-hand side. 

When inside the bunker, you’ll run down a long corridor where a huge stash of rare loot will be waiting inside. 

If you need the essentials, here’s some brief instructions. 

1. Find a Red Access Card from loot caches on the map
2. Find one of the bunkers
3. Interact with computer console at the right of the bunker
4. Head inside and reap the rewards

It’s important to note you’ll only be able to access one bunker with a red access card, so you won’t be able to unlock them all. 

Interestingly, there’s also another locked door within the bunker which will presumably hide even more rewards - although it’s not yet known how to gain access at the time of writing.
