Luckily, Activision has you covered with the new PDSW 528 SMG, a short-range, versatile, and powerful weapon for any P-90 enthusiast.

But to take advantage of this weapon's strengths, you'll need to know the best loadout to use for it, and that's where this guide comes in. Below we've put together the best PDSW 528 Loadout that you should use in Modern Warfare 2, including the best perks and attachments.

• Muzzle: XTen Razor Comp
• Barrel: 17" Corvus Prorange
• Comb: TV Taccomb
• Optic: Cronen Mini Red Dot
• Under barrel: Demo Imp-44 Grip

For the Muzzle, we have the XTen Razor Comp, which gives us more horizontal and vertical recoil control at the expense of ADS (Aim Down Sight) speed and aim stability, but our later attachments will balance the scales. Next, we have the 17" Corvus Prorange barrel giving us more bullet velocity and damage range, with some added recoil control and hip fire accuracy.

We then move on to the TV Taccomb, which gives us increased sprint-to-fire speed and a huge boost in ADS time, making up for any previous losses. For the Optic, we have the Cronen Mini Red Dot, though you can choose your favorite sight if you wish.

And finally, we have the Demo Imp-44 Grip, giving us some aiming stability and hip fire stabilization just to round everything off nicely. This loadout will make the weapon highly accurate and mobile with low recoil for close-range combat domination but also allow for some ranged engagement.

Last but not least, players can also use the new tuning feature on each attachment to adjust them in small ways that will work for your play style. This can help you negate some drawbacks of certain attachments while giving you all the benefits you need.

• Base Perk 1: Bomb Squad
• Base Perk 2: Battle Hardened
• Bonus Perk: Fast Hands
• Ultimate Perk: Hardline
• Lethal Equipment: Semtex
• Tactical Equipment: Flash Grenade
• Field Upgrade: Dead Silence

First and foremost, Bomb Squad is an excellent Perk for ensuring your survival in situations where explosives are thrown around, which frequently occurs in Modern Warfare 2. The Battle Hardened Perk will complement it nicely, as it will protect you from Tacticals such as Flash Grenades and Stuns.

We then chose Fast Hands, which allows you to reload your weapon quickly and stay in the fight. As well as Hardline, which makes Killstreaks much easier to obtain, so you can gain the upper hand near the end of a match when you need some extra firepower against enemies who may be fighting from a distance.

We've chosen the Semtex and Flash Grenade for Lethal and Tactical equipment for this loadout because they're both effective at exploiting the enemy at close range, where most SMG players excel. And finally, the Dead Silence Field Upgrade is ideal for run-and-gun SMG play styles, letting you muffle your footsteps temporarily as you approach enemies.
