Glowcap Festival 2024: Start Date, Rewards, How It Works

There is a lot of excitement surrounding World of Warcraft right now. Not only are the Dragonflight servers are doing well, the Classic Season of Discovery Servers are going strong as well. Right now, there are updates and content for all WoW players that are happening soon or will come down the line.

One of the things that keep the players in WoW satisfied are the updates and the variety of events that happen throughout the year. Some of the most popular events are the Micro-Holidays that appear throughout the year. Here, we are goin gto talk about the Glowcap Festival in WoW and what players need to do to participate in it.

We recently got a list from Blizzard showing off all of the Micro-Holidays that players can expect to happent throughout the year. One of them is called the Glowcap Festival. To get started with the Glowcap Festival, players will need to make their way to Sporeggar in Zangarmarsh.

From there, playres will have to help the sporelings heal the great mushroom called Fashoo. Players can do this through using spells or by collecting a variety of healing mushrooms around the area. These mushrooms can only be picked up during the Glowcap Festival. When it is big enough, players can stop healing it and it will burst as it needs to.

For those who are not aware, Micro-Holidays do not tend to give out permanent prizes. That means no achievements or pets should be expected. But players will gain Reputation in Sporeggar and a special buff that will cover the player with glowing mushrooms. The mushrooms will go away after 24 hours.

Micro-Holidays are fleeting and the effects from them do not last forever. The Glowcap Festival happens on May 27 this year. So players do not want to miss the chance to participate or they will have to wait until next year to do so.
