A new hero class has been announced with the impending release of World of Warcraft Dragonflight.
World of Warcraft Dragonflight - New Class Evoker

Blizzard Entertainment has announced the newest installment for World of Warcraft called Dragonflight. The Shadowlands have been conquered, but the world has been left damaged marking a new age of dragons to return, replenish, and guard Azeroth.

Dragonflight will bring the players of Azeroth to the Dragon Isles where they will be able to play as a new race that comes with a new class. The Dracthyr will be a race of dragons that can transform into humans and are the only race that can play as the new Evoker class.

Evokers are going to be the new ranged class to be added to World of Warcraft. They will be able to wear heavy armor and can either be a Ranged DPS spellcaster or a Healer.

Players have to be a Dracthyr to be an Evoker and an Evoker is the only class that a Dracthyr can choose. The Evoker will offer a lot of physical attributes such as being able to use your wings to knock players and NPCs back, using your tail to hit targets behind you, or breathing fire.

Dracthyr Evokers will be able to choose their allegiance and have the ability to transform between a human and dragon form. They will have a unique starting zone in the Dragon Isles and tons of character customization options to make the dragon class of their dreams.

Most importantly, the Dracthyr Evokers will be able to take to the sky and fly using their wings. Dracthyr Evokers are a Hero Class, so they’ll start at level 58 and allow players to go directly into the expansion content.
