Arcane Wonders has announced Call of Duty: The Board Game in collaboration with Activision, in which players will battle against each other in fast-paced tabletop matches on their favorite Call of Duty maps. You will be able to pick your side of the miniature version of the soldiers and weapons from the franchise, and will be set in the “era of 2019’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare,” Arcane Wonders told Polygon.

Call of Duty: The Board Game is set to release worldwide by the holiday season of 2024, and its Kickstarter will begin this fall. As of now, it is expected to be a two-player base game, and it should cost $50.

In addition to the competitive and tournament styles of play,” said Bryan Pope, CEO of Arcane Wonders to Polygon. “We are also creating cooperative campaigns for the game in the future […] that will allow 1-4 players to progress through a challenging and immersive Call of Duty story.

Activision and Arcade Wonders have released a trailer for the game, but most of the gameplay details have not been revealed.

We’re thrilled to be partnering with Activision to bring the Call of Duty franchise to the tabletop,” said Bryan Pope, CEO of Arcane Wonders. “As life-long Call of Duty fans, we’ve worked hard to capture the scope, stakes, and sheer intensity of the video games in ways that Call of Duty fans and board gamers new and old will love. We’re looking forward to bringing the unforgettable fun and competitive frenzy of Call of Duty to game night for years to come.
