Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Officially Announced

Activision have officially confirmed that Black Ops 6 is on the way.

After plenty of rumors and teases, Activision has officially confirmed that the next Call of Duty will be Black Ops 6. The worldwide reveal is scheduled to immediately follow the upcoming Xbox Games Showcase on Sunday June 9th at 10 AM PT.

While very little in-depth infomation on the meat of the game has yet to be revealed, fans can expect to get an initial glimpse following the Xbox Games Showcase. A brief teaser was revealed as part of the initial announcement, which you can check out below:

Recently, a set of Sally pistols made their way into the Warzone — weapons which first made an appearance in the original Black Ops. The weapons were decorated with scratched-in tally of six lines, which fans were quick to attribute to a Black Ops 6 announcement. Treyarch, without saying too much, responded to an player’s post highlighting the weapons with a coy reaction, which many took as an indirect confirmation of Black Ops 6.
