Attention, Nephalem! Diablo Immortal is entering the Epoch of Madness this year (as confirmed at the end of 2024), and with it comes the first big new content update. Before we get to the new content, however, there’s a Seeds of Madness event coming in hot.

Diablo Immortal Seeds of Madness Dates & Details
Diablo Immortal Season 37 kicks off with a brand-new Battle Pass on 13 March 2025. Alongside the Battle Pass and seasonal content, Blizzard is teasing the next Major Update.
From 13 to 24 March, players who are level 30 or higher can “glean delicious details” about the next content update, completing events over multiple days to earn the preview. The only official lore tease from Blizzard reads:
Whispers of counsel from trusted courtiers prove to be your most important advice to heed, yet emerge as a key path of your own undoing.
This tease event is called “Seeds of Madness,” and there will be a buff of the same name. With the buff active, players can get 100% bonus XP earned from completing ranks of the Season 37 Battle Pass.
Last but not least, we urge players to log in each day, as they can claim rewards on Login Day 2, 4, and 8 and by completing daily tasks from the Seeds of Madness event.
New Diablo Immortal Content Update Details
There are no real details about Diablo Immortal’s next big content update. However, Diablo head at Blizzard, Rod Fergusson, did tease a new class and the new age “Epoch of Madness,” at the end of 2024.
Sanctuary may have survived this year’s horrors, but even darker events loom on the horizon. In 2025, Diablo Immortal is poised to enter its Epoch of Madness. After turning on Diablo, Albrecht returns with even more sinister motives that will lead you deep into the mysterious darkness of a long-sought primeval forest, where nature itself poses threats beyond comprehension. This uncharted land is inhabited by ancient mystics and monstrous beasts and promises to test even the strongest among us.
I’m quite excited to learn more about the huge upcoming content update for Diablo Immortal. The Epoch of Madness era and the “Seeds of Madness” content update tease need to be related, right?
Could it be the new class that Blizzard teased or the new Primal Forest area? Probably the latter!
